Purpose of the project
football-data.org provides football data and statistics (live scores, fixtures, tables, squads, lineups/subs, etc.) in a machine-readable way.
I won't announce how awesome football-data is, you're welcome to find out by yourself (or not).
Access to the top competitions is and will be free forever as this was the initial purpose
to setup the project.
However if you need more competitions, in-depth data there are several paid plans available to
serve your needs. If you need historical data, more requests or something out of the box just
drop me a line, I'm glad to help.
