1. Researchers

• PhD or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (e.g., physics, mathematics, economics, or related fields)
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux and at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Julia, C/C++, Java, MATLAB)
• Proficiency in English (Japanese is a plus but not required)

2. Operations

• General administration (e.g., scheduling, documentation, coordination)
• Accounting (e.g., invoicing, bookkeeping, expense tracking)
• Digital proficiency (e.g., confident in adopting and integrating tools to support efficient remote workflows)

3. Marketing & Sales

• Encourages initiative and welcomes original ideas
• Ideal for those who can propose strategies and help us grow our presence, brand, and client relationships
